1. Promotion Validity
1.1. This promotion is valid for reservations made between November 25, 2024 and December 2, 2024, until 23:59 (Brasília time).

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
2.1. Reservations for December 2024 and New Year's Eve:
They are not refundable.
‍Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
Payment Methods: We only accept PIX and TED (bank deposit) to ensure security and convenience.

2.2. Reservations for 2025 holidays (June, July and August):
Payment: 50% of the reservation amount must be paid upon confirmation, and the remaining 50% upon check-in.
Payment Methods: Only PIX and TED will be accepted.


3. Villa Reservations and New Year's Eve Events
3.1. Booking a villa does not guarantee access to the New Year's Eve event at the Trancoso Country Club, if it occurs. However, guests will be able to purchase tickets at a discount.

4. Not Cumulative
4.1. This promotion cannot be combined with other current offers, discounts, vouchers, or promotions.

5. Availability and Eligibility
5.1. All reservations are subject to the availability of accommodations at the time of request.
5.2. Reservations suspected of being fraudulent or showing an attempt to take undue advantage of the promotion will be investigated, and Village La Dolce Vita reserves the right to cancel any reservation it deems irregular or not in compliance with the terms stipulated here, without the need for justification.

6. Changes to the Reserve
6.1. Changes to the original reservation cannot be made.

7. General Conditions
7.1. Village La Dolce Vita reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time, without prior notice, provided that the rights acquired up to the time of the modification or termination are respected. 7.2. All provisions of this term are governed by Brazilian law and any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of the District of Porto Seguro, State of Bahia.
